5. Technical Drawings

  • Produce technical drawings of construction details, irrigation plans, and specifications.
  • Comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines. 
  • Prepare a set of documents to use for obtaining permits.

6. Budget and Cost Estimation

  • Develop a detailed budget that outlines costs for materials and labor. 
  • Develop a detailed budget for regular maintenance and seasonal care if necessary.
  • Present the budget for client approval and adjustments. 

7. Implementation Planning

  • Create a timeline for the project detailing phases of work and expected completion dates.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.

8. Construction and Installation

  • Oversee the installation of plants, hardscapes and other landscape elements.
