ISA Certified Arborist or Certified Tree Worker


Use hand and power tools to prune, hedge, and remove trees. Responsible for keeping the trees healthy, planting trees, and landscaping. The arborist may work both in an office setting, designing park layouts or planning new planting as well as outside, trimming and shaping trees.

  • ISA Certified Arborist or Certified Tree Worker

  • Skilled in modern climbing techniques and pruning to ISA standards.

  • Experienced with large tree removals and advanced rigging.

  • Possess a valid driver's license (Class A or B CDL preferred).

  • Be self-motivated and lead by example as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

IPM Technician


The IPM Technician will mix and apply pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides through sprays, dusts, vapors, soil incorporation, or chemical application on trees, shrubs, lawns, and/or botanical crops. The role of the IPM Technician usually requires specific training and State or Federal certification.

  • Applies fertilizers and plant protectants to landscape plants and turfgrass.

  • Performs routine safety inspections on all spraying equipment.

  • Compiles reports of pesticide usage.

  • Properly cleans equipment each day.

  • Completes daily and weekly calibration checks.

  • Repairs any leaking equipment.

  • Reports any equipment malfunctions that cannot be repaired by the technician.

  • Makes minor equipment repairs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Landscape Crew


Responsible for keeping the turf clean and neat and keeping plants healthy. The landscape crew may work both in an office setting, designing landscape layouts or planning new plantings, and outside using tools for trimming, pruning, mowing, planting and maintaining the landscape.

  • Lawn mowing, edging, trimming using commercial equipment.

  • Landscape enhancement and design.

  • Leaf and debris removal.

  • Planter preparation and planting (trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.).

  • Maintaining the general cleanliness of the site.

  • Snow removal during winter using heavy equipment, snow blowers, shovels, and other methods.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
